What risks are associated with participation in the study?

All drugs may cause side effects in some people.
You must tell the study doctor or the study staff if you experience any side effects.
AM-111 has been studied before and was well-tolerated by all patients.
As with any injection, you may experience momentary discomfort.
If you are temperature sensitive, you may experience short-term dizziness right after administration.
After the injection, while your eardrum is not fully closed and/ or the middle ear is filled with study medication, you may experience altered or distorted hearing and altered or louder noises or ‘ringing’ in the ears.
